Job Summary： The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and drive Aftermarket Revenue and Profitability results at the Customer and Dealer level through Implementation of Corporate strategies, direct customer contact, Dealer education, expand/develop customer relationships to create new opportunities; thereby driving success at all levels of Aftermarket. This position will leverage Aftermarket knowledge to support business plans, support corporate and dealer marketing plans, and continually enhance Dealer and Customer relationships. Responsibilities:
Profitably grow the Aftermarket, accessory, and telematics business in the assigned geographic Area through direct interface with end user customers, dealers, and factory personnel.
Support various Transport Sales and Service Organizations against customer initiatives.
Product Line experience will provide leadership with Customer and Dealer solutions.
Implement Customer and Dealer Training, Education Webinars, and direct intervention with End User Customers to within the geographic Area.
Communicate and implement National Account Parts Programs within the assigned geographic Area (Spain, France and Italy).
Work with various Corporate cross functional groups to provide product, customer and dealer feedback.
Degree on Technical Discipline (Mechanical Eng, Electrical Eng,...).
Experience in automotive or transportation industry highly desirable.
MS Office skills must be advanced.
Knowledge of transport refrigeration or Thermo King products, as well as competitive equipment to include understanding of difference and the effect on life cycle cost.
Fluent English mandatory.
Spanish, Italian and/or French desirable.
Good negotiation and selling skills.
Working knowledge of dealer and customer business practices.
Disponibility to 50% travel time required.
Excellent communications skills required, including presentation skills.
