JointheBeckmanEMEAIITCRM teamand providea world-classservice to ourBusiness Partnersat Beckman Coulter and Danaher! We are looking for aCRM Business Analystwhowill be part of a dynamic teamthat envisions and designscommercialsolutions and maintains theCRM technical roadmapfor the region.As aBusiness Analyst, you willpartner with SalesandMarketing functions,evaluate theirbusiness needs,and translatethose needsinto system solutions.In this roleyouwill leverageyourknowledge and experience toelicit user needs, build requirements, enhance existing processes, and deliversolutions based on thestrategy.


  • Engagebusiness partnersandelicitstated and implicituserneeds, definerequirements,and drive implementation of those requirements into business facing deliverables

  • Proactively identify areas for improvementsand introduce innovations, factoring in customer needs, external approaches, data analytics,andindustry best practices

  • Manageprojects, support production issues, managevendor/system releases and actively manage delivery based onuser priorities

  • Collaborate withproduct owners and business analysts to transform evolving requirements into working applications that meet thebusinessand usability needs

  • Provide daily support to end users including managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis 

  • Leads user acceptance testing identify testers, develop test scripts and conduct test execution

  • Understand integration points with other systems that interface with the application, evaluate and minimize ripple effects 

  • Provide business support and guidance in domains ofSalesforce, Oracle CPQ, other Marketing, Salesand ERPtools

  • Establish a requirements management strategy for the project

  • SupportSales and Marketing technology projects/initiatives

  • Required experience

  • Production experience configuration and out of the box features and capabilities

  • SFDC knowledge: Salesforce admin knowledge, data model, sharing and security architecture, various salesforce cloud OOB capabilities

  • Experience with Agile methodology managementtools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)

  • 3 or moreyears of relevant experiencein a similar role.

  • Oracle CPQ (BigMachines)experience is a plus

  • Experience managing and understanding complex global projects. PMP certification is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel on company business up to 20%

  • Highly desired skills

  • SFDCCustom development experience

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience insupportingmedium to large sized SaaSorganizations

  • Self-starter, able to work independently, identify what needs to be done and do it with limited direction and oversight.

  • Actively staysabreast on industry best practices, share learnings, experiment and apply cutting edge technologies

  • Deliversresults across cross-functional teams while maintaining effective working relationships

  • Communicates clearly, succinctly, and persuasively to all levels of associates, customers, and management. Ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences

  • Thinkscriticallyand strategically,and problem-solves in a fluid business environment

  • Experience with workingeffectively in a matrix organization, with geographically dispersed team members (including the offshore teams) and a willingness to take ownership of future product releases

  • Fluency in English is a MUST. Ability to communicate in German, Italian,Spanishor French is a plus

  • Strong collaboration skills with cultural agility to work effectively with people from different countries and cultures

  • Qualifications

  • Formal Information Technology or equivalent qualification

  • Salesforce certifications: Admin plus one or more cloud certifications. (e.g.Sales, Marketing, Community, Oracle CPQ).Developer experience would be a plus

  • Prior experience of project lead in a major software implementation. Understanding of the Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) for project management would be a plus

  • Prior experience in medical device, life science or other highly regulated industry is preferred (with a working knowledge of corresponding regulations)
