You will participate as an advanced analytics expert in the Customer Intelligence Real Estate Team who provide the sales teams with the data product information needed and apply modern data science methods for proactive decision making to achieve competitive advantage over our competitors in the market working closely with the Sales managers in Real Estate.
Position Main Responsibilities:
Drive deep Customer analytics that lead to strategic decision making and actionable insights
Provide support for Real Estate departments, mainly sales teams, in solving business questions and opportunities through deep-dive analysis or the development of analytical solutions.
Contribute to the Customer Intelligence team to identify, develop and validate analytics solutions and data opportunities in Real Estate mainly based on descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Apply Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and geo analytics to solve business opportunities in Real Estate.
Use modern machine learning techniques for the increase of efficiency and effectiveness of the sales processes and campaigns in customer acquisition, development and retention using predictive and prescriptive methods.
Develop matching solutions based on advanced NLP techniques to merge, combine and enrich data from different sources (internal and external) to create a Market Intelligence for Real Estate.
Align with Data Platform core teams.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
Communicate results in a clear and concise manner, with an understanding of data visualisation and the importance of drawing accurate conclusions from multiple data sources
Experience in BI visualization/dashboard solutions (Tableau, Qlik).
Business storytelling and communicating data insights to other departments
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have :
Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, ECS, Docker Swarm.
Knowledge of Git
Experience working with some Hadoop distribution: EMR, Azure HDInsight, Databricks, Hortonworks, Cloudera, Google Cloud Dataproc
Familiarity working with AWS, in particular S3 and Redshift.
Ideally expertise on digital tracking technologies (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, GTM, Tealium, etc.)
