Job Description Summary

As Digital Selling Manager Ultrasound EMEA you will be responsible for implementation, management, and activation of eCommerce Distribution channel for Ultrasound products and services in EMEA region. In this role you will have the opportunity to plan and work on Ultrasound eCommerce development including rollouts to new markets, technology development roadmap and processes optimization supporting Complete Customer Experience improvement. Together with marketing and commercial team you will be working on optimal Omnichannel customer journey directing users to online purchase.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of eCommerce channel activation with the Global and regional commercial, marketing and IT teams.
  • Definition of business requirements and necessary platform &processes enhancements based on business results, customer feedback and market research.
  • Program and project management – working with IT team and back-office teams on implementation of eCommerce technology improvements and processes optimization.
  • eCommerce operations Management: work with order fulfilment team on process execution as per agreed SLA, analysis of the eCommerce performance including web metrics and business KPIs.
  • Cooperating with Marketing team and external agency on development of digital ecosystem (including websites and other marketing assets) driving visitors to eCommerce purchase.
  • Participating in transformational initiatives such as Omnichannel Commercial transformation and Lean Value Stream Mapping related to eCommerce distribution channel.
  • Contributing to eCommerce channel development plans; analyzing industry trends and best practices; proactively suggesting solutions driving increased business results.
  • Analysis of Ultrasound eCommerce environment including competitive landscape, market size and promotional opportunities.
  • Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Must be consummate team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels and across cultures.
  • Relevant Project Management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills .
  • Fluency in English
  • Desired Characteristics:

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and/or eCommerce; digital user experience, customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent organization of work.
  • Availability to business traveling.
