Division: Global Rare Diseases Europe & EmergingMain Responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of EU & EM Rare Diseases you will:•Facilitate the cross-functional communication and activities connected to the products managed at central level, promoting a smooth information flow across the Chiesi functions involved in the process, timely spotting issues and promoting solutions. Build and implement planning models for product growth purpose and support proper decision-making on the product.•Act as Project Manager for selected corporate projects connected to the geographical expansion of Rare Diseases, right sizing and investments returns, targets setting, business opportunities & business excellence drivers; cooperate with GRD Corporate functions & Geographical structures to define the best go-to-market approach.•Interact with GRD Strategy & Business Knowledge for relevant projects.SkillsYou are passionate about Rare Diseases and willing to make a positive impact on patients’ lives. You love challenges and feel energized by tough assignments. You are recognized for your proactive approach and bias for action, supported by excellent planning & execution skills. You love working in teams: you are a skilled communicator, cooperative and able to work cross-functionally. EducationEconomical or scientific background (in this case, additional education in economics or an MBA is needed).Experience4-5 years of experience in either consultancy, business development, brand management or commercialLanguagesEnglish fluent (both written and spoken)Place of work: ParmaType of contract:permanent
