We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage all activities with Tier 1 Global Online Travel Agencies (OTA) and up to 5-7 Mid size OTA's in EMEA. You'll be responsible for the P&L of these accounts, by driving volume through the contracted agreement as well as to analyze and execute action plans to accelerate B2BW adoption and solution use.
Provide proactive support to the account, including exposure to :
1- Latest Trends.
2- Latest Products Evolutions.
3- Growth/Upsell/CrossSell opportunities.
4- Amadeus B2B Payments Management when applicable.
You'll define a communication plan including account reviews and QBR and support with specific campaigns to increase volume Spend. Prepare and present sales offers covering customer needs and cycle customer life.
A succesful Account Manager will ultimately play a role in their customers differentiation from their competitors in the B2B Payments arena. He/she will understand the volume trend per customer and ensure accurate KPI's are in place on internal systems to extract reporting to support communication with customer.
In this role, you’ll
Provide P&L Management
Making sure the gross revenues and net revenues of the accounts in charge are in line or above budget, and in line with the contracted volumes
Focus on Retention
Work with all the stakeholders in the account to make sure they remain loyal to amadeus . Identify risks early, ellaborate remediation plans and execute them as soon as possible
Upsell & Cross-sell
Identify new upsell or cross sell opportunities such as:
1) New issuers or Countries into B2B Wallet /
2- New B2B Payments Products (eg: Instant Pay / PayIn & Out) /
3- Fx Services /
4- Payments Gateway /
5 - New content (hotel content, marketing or travel suppliers)
Keep updated on the latest trends & become a Trusted Advisor
Early exposure to the accounts in charge to the latest information on:
1- Fintech trends /
2- B2B Payments trends /
3- Travel , Travel Technology Trends /
4- Amadeus B2B Payments Product Evolution /
5- Changes in Competitive Environment and payments regulation (PSD, Interchange etc).
A succesful Account Manager will also act as a Trusted Advisor to the accounts in charge.
Be able to resolve any items / issues
Fast resolution of important issues for the customer related to : Service, Product, Implementation etc… The role requires close cooperation
with Customer Care, Adoption Stream, and Product , Implementation and Partners
About the ideal candidate
Computing: Proficient in MS Office
Languages: Proficient in English (both verbal and written); German or French languages are a plus
Willingness to travel when business environment permits
