Patient Engagement Manager
, associates reimagining medicine for more than million people globally. As Patient Engagement Manager you will truly integrate patient engagement culture into the strategy of the company so that they can become an agent of change of the health care system thus improving Patient outcomes

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders to identify projects where the patient perspective is required and help to support execution of these projects
• Engage, develop and execute initiatives with patient organisations and patient opinion leaders that are strategic, mutually beneficial and are aligned to business objectives, contributing to Novartis reputation
• Identify key advocates for priority disease areas, creating and managing relationships with patients & patient organisations – according to the priorities of the business and in close collaboration with other key internal stakeholders
• Identify solutions that educate and empower patient organisations to improve patients' disease awareness, quality of life and access to therapies including engaging with patient organisations
• Stay current with relevant information and resources regarding industry, medicines access and health care legislation. Providing updates regularly to the disease communities.
• Contribute to the execution of the Country patient advocacy organisational strategies and plans
• Work with external partners such as think tanks, industry groups and other third parties
• Develop strong partnership working relationships

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Master Degree (e.g. MSc) / University Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Spanish
• Expertise in Patient Engagement , Patient Advocacy or similar roles
• Experience and knowledge on Oncology and Hematology disease areas
• Strong project management and organisational skills
