What will your role be?
Reporting to the head of Human Resources in Spain & Portugal, we are looking for a People Administration that will be responsible to partner with business leadership on workforce planning initiatives and to support employees on their 3DS Journey

What will your role be?
This position will partner with Dassault Systemes’ business leadership and support employees of different functions in the organization
The challenges ahead
This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of a wide range of areas including employee relations, manage administrative employee lifeclycle and payroll, support on learning and certification, compliance with local and national laws
Establish and develop “trusted advisor” relationships with internal customers
Act as the “voice of the customer” for all DS brands and departments and elevate issues as needed
Ensure that organizational processes and relationships are fair and equitable
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure growth demands for Iberia are met
Act as a consultant with the business on all aspects of talent related initiatives, programs and activities
Secure & update employee records & work contract
Onboard Employees & set-up records
Terminate employees (contract, record)
Ensure compliance and data privacy
Support on Run & secure Payroll (SPECIALIZED)
Ensure right application of all benefits for employees
Your key success factors?
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ of experience in a Human Resources capacity
Very high level of English
Strong communication skills, excellence in distilling the heart of the issue at hand and offering succinct solutions
Working knowledge of applicable Federal, state and local laws and regulations related to the human resource function (such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.)
A high degree of professionalism and the proven ability to maintain confidentiality will be required
