What will your role be?

  • Reporting to the head of Human Resources in Spain & Portugal, we are looking for a People Administration that will be responsible to partner with business leadership on workforce planning initiatives and to support employees on their 3DS Journey

  • This role could be based from one of our many offices 
  • What will your role be? 
  • This position will partner with Dassault Systemes’ business leadership and support employees of different functions in the organization
  • The challenges ahead

  • This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of a wide range of areas including employee relations, manage administrative employee lifeclycle and payroll, support on learning and certification, compliance with local and national laws
  • Establish and develop “trusted advisor” relationships with internal customers 
  • Act as the “voice of the customer” for all DS brands and departments and elevate issues as needed
  • Ensure that organizational processes and relationships are fair and equitable
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure growth demands for Iberia are met
  • Act as a consultant with the business on all aspects of talent related initiatives, programs and activities
  • Secure & update employee records & work contract
  • Onboard Employees & set-up records
  • Terminate employees (contract, record)
  • Ensure compliance and data privacy
  • Support on Run & secure Payroll (SPECIALIZED)
  • Ensure right application of all benefits for employees
  • Your key success factors?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ of experience in a Human Resources capacity
  • Very high level of English
  • Strong communication skills, excellence in distilling the heart of the issue at hand and offering succinct solutions 
  • Working knowledge of applicable Federal, state and local laws and regulations related to the human resource function (such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.)
  • A high degree of professionalism and the proven ability to maintain confidentiality will be required
