Want to be a part of our team?The role of Project Manager is to manage and control the quality, scope, timings and resources for the NTT MS involvement in large and complex ICT outsourcing deals. In this type of deals, NTT MS is responsible for providing the Managed Services. NTT MS does not sell managed services directly to the customers but through resellers around the world (NTT subsidiaries, affiliates or partners). For every project, the reseller will provide a project manager that will be responsible for the customer facing project management. This local project manager will coordinate the different Service Delivery Companies involved in the project, such as NTT MS. The NTT MS Project Manager will be the project manager counterpart in NTT MS and therefore, responsible for that all the resources (including internal and external) involved in the project are aligned with the project plan, delivering on time and according to the company quality standards. Additionally, will be responsible for reporting on the project progress to the senior management Working at NTT Key responsibilities: • Create and manage several medium to complex projects at the same time • KPI tracking and reporting • Cost / Effort tracking • Manage the transition from Project Management to Service Delivery Management and System Engineering • Coordination and follow-up of the internal team and third parties, such as vendors, service providers, customer’s teams, etc. • Risk and Issues Management • Requirements / Scope Change Management • Customer Relationship Management • Project planning and follow-up • Monitor progress • Prepare and share all documentation related to the project • Align project objectives with company goals and make sure project team is clear on objectives What will make you a good fit for the role? Requirements: • you have leadership and organizational skills • you have excellent decision-making capabilities • you master time Management • you have critical thinking and have expertise in problem solving • you have great level of English and Spanish • you are good with Team Management • you have excellent communications skills • you have expertise in conflict resolution • you have great adaptability • Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent • Theoretical and practical project management knowledge • Knowledge of techniques and tools • Experience as a project manager • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management • Proficiency in project management software tools • Understanding of Scrum/Agile methodology Professional experience: • Minimum of 4 years experience in similar position Competences: • Communication. • Planning and organizing (structured mindset). • Proactive co-operation (desire to learn and improve). Language skills: • Written and spoken English (fluent/native) • Written and spoken Spanish (fluent/native) Education: • ITIL • Project Management • Technical Background
