We have big plans to succeed and doubling in headcount YoY. You'll support an organization on achieving its ambitious goals and create new ways of working to help us scale.
As a Senior Strategy Business Analyst, you will:
Develop strategic data frameworks to steer the dynamics of tutors/learners interaction and the economics of Preply’s marketplace;
Support the leadership team and their functions with customers/business problems analysis, with the goal of finding opportunities to grow faster and inform our strategy;
Evaluate special cross-functional projects, such as group classes or changing commission scheme;
Participate in commercial due diligence of potential M&A targets and integration of acquired organizations;
Support the CEO and leadership team in preparation for board meetings and reporting to the investors;
Communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences, sharing knowledge and insights across the organization.
What we are looking for:
3 to 6 years experience as a Business Analyst / BI or similar roles;
Previous experience in Marketplaces / digital businesses (B2B, B2C, B2B2C) or Management Consulting / Investment Banking for fast-paced Technology companies;
Extensive knowledge of several growth and retention analytics frameworks;
Domain of quantitative fields (statistics, mathematics, etc.);
Coding skills in SQL (autonomous at querying our DWH and process data) or advanced Excel skills;
Strong curiosity, problem solving and problem finding skills;
Creative mindset and proactive attitude towards the creation and evaluation of new hypotheses;
Good written and verbal communication skills. B1 English is a must.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Looker, Tableau.
