Learn and understand the specificities of your categories to spot popular brands, trends, seasonal items and pricing to best tailor AliExpress' pitch and advice to sellers. 2.Onboarding & Growth: you will be responsible for onboarding and growing the largest and highest potential sellers of softline categories in Europe through the Incubation and Growth seller management programs, directly managing a team of account managers. You will own quarterly incubation & growth objectives, diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements.3.Merchant operations: effectively prioritize and lead a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets. Classify and analyze merchant data, formulate different operation strategies and plans according to different tier / layer of merchants, and build up the growth of different merchants. Single store operation overview, timely discovering and solving problems. Implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework.4.Commodity operation: analyze the user's demand for commodities, enrich the market supply, and formulate the annual product promotion rhythm according to the season and life cycle of commodities. Exploit the seasonality of certain categories.5.Promotion and sales: collaboration with internal/external team, driving the sales of the managed category. Secure placements during promotional activities and empower visibility of local products versus overall marketplace selection. Manage product mix and local plus overseas selection sales blend. Ensure global teams understand French market peculiarities and customer demands.6.Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting Seller business performance and provide the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvement. Work with product teams to develop and scale new program features to continuously improve the customer and seller experience in this highly strategic business area.
