About this role:

Engage only with C-level executives within the midsize enterprise marketplace in order to navigate them through how our research and expert advice can assist them in achieving their mission-critical priorities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from finding prospects through to closure, and eventually transition new accounts across to the account management team within one month of closing the deal

• Be aligned to one of Gartner’s EMEA markets; Iberia

• Drive consistently high levels of activity to ensure a strong pipeline of potential deals week over week

• Consistently exceed your sales quota by identifying, prospecting and closing deals with prospective clients within your assigned territory

• Collaborate with a truly elite Midsize Enterprise Business Development team to continue the development best practice sharing and new prospecting techniques

• Inspire those around you to do better every day

• Work within a multicultural environment with various languages spoken, including: English, German, French,Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish and Danish


What you will need:


  • Business fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • 4+ years of sales experience in a professional setting with evidence of prior success
  • Proven demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
  • Demonstrable ability to navigate complex conversations with C-level executives to uncover explicit needs and value
  • Competitive drive with a collaborative approach. You aspire to be the best and inspires those around you. You challenge yourself by setting goals, crushing them, and helping your teammates do the same.
  • Experience selling IT, staffing/recruiting or professional services solutions highly preferred
