What is this job about?
As Receptionist for German-speaking clients, you will be responsible for managing bookings, the check-in of guests and solving any problems or requests that clients may have.
On a daily basis, you will be the first point of contact for guests and therefore fully responsible for delivering a great customer experience.
Your Challenges
- Solve problems, claims and complaints promptly
- Greet guests at their arrival and carry out the check-in procedures
- Ensure the proper registration of bookings and cancellations
- Inform guests about the services provided by the hotel
- Liaise with other departments of the hotel to make sure everything is working properly
- Manage lost of property following the hotel policies and standards
- Build trust with the clients by providing support at any time
- Manage the check-out process
- Answer inquiries over phone calls and emails

What do you need to apply?
- Language skills: proficient in German (C2)
- At least 1 year of experience working in a Hotel
