Job Description

The HRIS Project Manager will be operationally responsible for all deliverables and commitments relating to our Corporate Cloud based HR solutions. Working as part of our corporate team, you will be the main bridge between business and development teams. 

More specifically, you will:

Provide leadership & guidance to business analysts and developers (internal and external); Work closely with the business to set the long term strategy, vision and roadmap; Prepare and monitor budget as per roadmap; Implement SGS strategy and key initiatives agreed with business stakeholders; Manage new demands and prioritize your project pipeline according to budget and workload and remove any obstacle or blockers to delivery; Monitor deliverables to ensure they meet scope, financial and timeline objectives; Review delivery planning cross projects to guarantee optimal usage of resources; Ensure ongoing key stakeholders engagement to well understand HRIS priorities at any time; Formalize business requirements and associated testing; Understand impact of requirements to business processes and solution landscape; Oversee various implementations and coordinate business conflicting priorities; Manage successful relationship within the IT ecosystem for your projects (Delivery, Adoption & Change Management, Infrastructure and Support teams) independently if they are delivered by external or internal suppliers.

Qualifications

University Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related subject; Minimum 5 years experience in project management with HRIS solutions; Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP Success Factors, Workday, Microsoft, etc.; Good knowledge of the Agile delivery methodology (SCRUM, Kanban); Complete understanding of Application Lifecycle Management; Solid experience in end to end process design & reingineering; Good experience in managing relationship with external suppliers; Experience of working within an international environment; Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Additional Information

This position is based in Madrid. The usual work language is English (Meetings, Emails, Documents, etc.).
