How can you help us?
As the IT TAS you would be responsible for covering full life cycle of the recruitment processes – from recognizing the existing recruitment needs within IT structures, through creating the proper sourcing strategy and conducting searches with available tools, interviewing and assessing candidates, to the negotiations of the offer and support of hiring.
You are mastering your deadlines, your deliverables for multiple searches at one time and you are coordinating meetings/interviews between candidates and internal clients. The maintenance of all data quality and accuracy in ATS is also under your responsibility.
As active member of our Global IT TA team, you are participating in update meetings with the internal clients and stakeholders and leading your individual projects to support the development of the recruitment standards within the organization.
Ideally you would have a University degree in HR/Business Administration/Others and 2+ years of experience in recruitment (most preferably in IT area). Experience in working in international / global organization would be an asset for you considering our team set up. Previous experience working for a staffing agency is a plus.
Your excellent communications skills (written and verbal), your accurate and detail orientation would definitely help you to succeed in this profession.
