What You'll Be Doing
- Handling incoming customer emails and our live chat
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
What You'll Need
- Must speak and write in English, and Spanish.
- High school diploma or associate's degree.
- Between 2 and 5 years of proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or any other relevant experience.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Excellent planning and project management skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to operate general office equipment.
